Terms of Service
Effective April 6, 2026 · Syntonic
By using Syntonic, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language.
What Syntonic is
Syntonic is a conversational tool designed to help you think more clearly. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis line.
Invite-only access
Access to Syntonic requires an invite code. Your code is personal — please don't share it publicly. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, during this preview period.
Your content
You own what you write. By using Syntonic, you grant Syntonic a limited license to use de-identified conversation content to improve the product, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your ideas or sell your content.
Acceptable use
Don't use Syntonic to generate harmful content, circumvent safety systems, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law. This is a thinking tool — use it to think better, not to cause harm.
No warranties
Syntonic is provided as-is, in active development. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Responses are generated by an AI and may be wrong. Use your judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Syntonic.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to users with active access.
