Privacy Policy

Syntonic is an invite-only preview. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we don't do with it. We've written it to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Conversation content — the messages you send and the responses you receive.
• Invite code — stored locally in your browser to remember your access. Not transmitted to any analytics service.
• Basic request metadata — timestamp, approximate geographic region (country-level, from Cloudflare infrastructure). No IP address logging by us.
• Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it via the waitlist form.

What we do with it

Conversation content is de-identified and may be used to improve Syntonic — to evaluate response quality, identify gaps in the knowledge base, and guide product development. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to build a personal profile of you.

If you submit your email, we'll use it only to contact you about Syntonic access and product updates. No marketing from other companies. No selling the list.

What we don't collect

• No account. No name (unless you share it in conversation).
• No persistent cross-session identity. Each conversation is independent.
• No tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral analytics.
• No cookies beyond what your browser stores locally for theme and access preferences.

Third-party services

Syntonic runs on Cloudflare Workers (infrastructure) and uses the Anthropic API (language model). Your conversation content passes through Anthropic's systems to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of that data. We do not use any other third-party AI providers at this time.

Data retention

We retain de-identified conversation logs for product improvement purposes. If you'd like your data deleted, email us and we'll remove what we have.

Syntonic is actively evolving. This policy will be updated before any public launch. We'll notify active users of material changes.
